Textile Narratives.
There is a specialness about textiles in their ubiquitous nature of use. We use them for warmth, cover, sparkle, identification and to tell a story. It is the last bit that I am curious about.

Boundaries are markers of our spaces. I study who is in the space, who is out, who has more or less of the space.
Textile x Science.
Textiles are essentially composites of different components with different properties acting as a unit to answer a specific need. I examine the intersection of those different components as a function of the purpose of the final material.
